Mole is one interesting treat to define

Mole is one interesting treat to define. Yes, usually it is a rich and mild (in fact, mole also means mild) sauce, but it can also mean stew. And traditionally guacamole has nothing to do avocados but is rather a salad made from the cactus pear. Salsa means sauce.

One of the most interesting type of mole is the chocolate mole. About 150 years ago, two nuns is said to have discovered this concocted as a treat to a visiting priest on Christmas time. The two sister played around with available ingredients at that time including chocolate, spices, fruits, and homemade cinnamon rolls. The end result was a gourmet sauce that is simply beyond amazing.

Mole is quite challenging to concoct. It is not unusual for it to actually be considered as among the best sauces in the world. Having said that, it has a strong, down home base and the peculiarities orbit around that. Never attempt to create a mole if you do not have great chili powder available for a good chili recipes. To add flavor and thickening, corn tortillas are added.

Chicken broth can be substituted for turkey broth, and I prefer to use cashews over pine nuts (or sometimes a combination). Do not focus too much on choosing which nuts to use. Either of these nuts adds more flavor to the richness of your good chili recipes. Banana and spices actually forms a perfect taste. After the mixes, you may add chocolate. Once concocted, no words can actually describe the taste of this mole. When the mole is finally done, it is so complex and interesting that the hard part is deciding what to serve it with; you almost want to eat it on its own.
